Everyone joins in when they say "You aint got no choice!", it reaches #1 and sells in the masses, 5 years later the band is washed up and each member has gone it's seperate ways to end up on gameshows and "I'm a celebrity, get me out of here".

At least one of the band members must release a "Get fit" work-out video.
